Overview

Tom Rent Audit is a private property-management and rental-accounting application. It is used by its authorized operator to review payment-related records and other evidence needed for internal rent audits.

Google account access

Tom Rent Audit accesses an authorized Google account using read-only Gmail permissions. This access may include email content and related message metadata that are relevant to rental accounting, payment verification, and audit evidence.

Tom Rent Audit does not use its Gmail authorization to send, modify, or delete messages.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide and operate Tom Rent Audit's internal rental-accounting and evidence-review features. This may include identifying, organizing, reviewing, and preserving payment-related email evidence and using that evidence to produce rental-audit results.

Storage and retention

Authorized application data and authentication credentials may be stored locally or in application-controlled storage as needed to operate the service, preserve source evidence, maintain audit history, and avoid duplicate processing. Access is limited to the authorized operator and systems used to operate Tom Rent Audit.

Service providers and sharing

Tom Rent Audit does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Google-derived data may be processed by service providers used to operate the application, including infrastructure or AI-processing providers, only when necessary to perform Tom Rent Audit's rental-accounting and audit functions. Such processing is limited to providing the application's requested functionality.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Tom Rent Audit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

A Google account holder can revoke Tom Rent Audit's access at any time through the security or third-party access settings in the applicable Google Account.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if Tom Rent Audit's data practices or Google API use change. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
