Tom Rent Audit

Tom Rent Audit is a private property-management application used by its authorized operator to review rental accounting records and payment-related evidence.

The application uses read-only access to an authorized Gmail account to retrieve relevant email records for internal rental accounting, payment verification, and audit purposes. It does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Information retrieved through authorized Google APIs is used only as needed to operate the application's rental-audit and evidence-review features.
